TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Information

The services provided by PRUSEN Inc are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to offer the best possible computer repair services, but we do not guarantee that our repairs, diagnostics, or recommendations will resolve all issues or prevent future problems.

2. Liability Limitation

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your device and data, Prusen Inc, shall not be held liable for:

Any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur during repairs or diagnostics.

Any hardware failure or issues that arise after service completion.

Any voided warranties resulting from third-party repairs.

Any loss of revenue, downtime, or indirect damage due to service delays or failures.

3. No Data Backup Guarantee

It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before bringing in a device for repair. Prusen Inc, is not responsible for any data loss, software corruption, or personal file deletion that may occur during the repair process.

4. Data Loss Disclaimer

PRUSEN Inc makes every effort to protect client data through security measures and systems, but the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Force Majuere: Prusen Inc. is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or power failures.

Data Loss Risk: The Client understands and accepts that using PRUSEN Inc’s services or products involves a risk of potential data loss. While PRUSEN Inc takes reasonable steps to implement security protocols, PRUSEN Inc does not guarantee the absolute protection of data.

No Liability for Data Loss: PRUSEN Inc will not be held liable for any data loss or corruption experienced by the Client while using our services, including but not limited to data loss resulting from system failures, unauthorized access, human error, or other unforeseen events. This includes, without limitation, customer data stored within the system.

Estimates for Informational Purposes: Any estimates provided by PRUSEN Inc regarding data storage, backup requirements, or potential service disruptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of service performance or data preservation.

Client Responsibility for Data Backup: The Client acknowledges full responsibility for implementing data protection and backup measures. It is the Client’s duty to ensure that adequate and up-to-date backups of all critical data are maintained.

Indemnification: By using PRUSEN Inc’s services, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold PRUSEN Inc harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from data loss.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

We offer a 60 Day warranty on labor and [specific parts, if applicable], but this does not cover:

Issues caused by user error, viruses, malware, or physical damage after service.

Pre-existing conditions that worsen over time.

Third-party modifications or software changes after the repair.

6. Third-Party Software & Licensing

We are not responsible for any software licensing issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid licenses for any software reinstallation or upgrades. We do not install or provide unauthorized or pirated software.

7. Repair Risks

Some repairs, such as liquid damage treatments or motherboard work, carry inherent risks, and there is a possibility that the device may not be repairable or could experience additional failure during the process. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Device Abandonment Policy

If a repaired device is not picked up within 15 days after notification, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of $5 per day. And will be considered abandoned after 90 days. Abandoned devices may be disposed of or resold to recover repair costs.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically.
